    • Beef Brisket

      Tender and tasty beef brisket, seasoned with chefs own dry rub then cooked low and slow in our smoker, sliced and served with house barbecue sauce.

    • Oven Roasted Chicken Quarters

      Marinated in chefs own 3 herb blends then oven roasted to perfection.

    • Pulled Pork

      Served with barbecue sauce and slider rolls.

    • Salads - BBQ

    • Garden Salad

      Served with cucumbers, tomatoes and choice of dressings.

    • Pasta Salad

      Penne pasta tossed with julienne of garden vegetables and chef’s Italian dressing, finished with Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped garlic.

    • Potato Salad

      Made with Coleman’s mustard, hard boiled eggs and mayonnaise.

    • Sides - BBQ

    • Creamy Cole Slaw

      A must have with a barbecue

    • Grandmas Baked Beans

      Baked with strips of bacon.

    • Rolls

      Locally made dinner rolls with sweet butter.

The cost of this BBQ Special delivered within a 10 miles radius of Rutland is $1900 includes 10 % sales tax.

If your party is more than 50 people, the cost will be prorated.

Noël’s Specialty Food and Catering requires a 50% deposit on all events.

The BBQ menu comes with quality disposable paper product. We also offer waitstaff (additional cost) for a limited time to serve your guests and to clear all tables of plateware.
