Crudités and cheese station
assorted cheeses including smoked gouda, pepper Monterey jack and Vt. cheddar all displayed with garden vegatables in baskets and mirrors, served with a variety of crackers and dipping sauces.
Fresh fruit display
Assorted fruits including, Honeydew / cantaloupe / watermelon / strawberries and grapes, displayed on platters with whole pineapples.
Salsa and chip station
Served with guacamole and sour cream

Apple smoked salmon
Chefs own smoked salmon served on rye squares with a lemon dill crème fraiche. Will also bring some of our smoked rainbow trout with honey mustard.
Passed Appetizers
Baked stuffed mushroom caps
Stuffed with a wild mushroom duxelle then baked with Marsala wine and Noels flavored butter.
Chicken and cheese quesadillas
A little spicy but very tasty, served with sour cream.
Chicken wings
Served with a blue cheese dressing on the side (chafing dish)
